Introduction:

We collaborate with our trusted alliances to deliver enhanced capabilities within our project controls managed services. Watch our panel discussion with nPlan and Oracle, where we discuss their impact in significantly enhancing capital project delivery in the region.

Overview

In the first of our five-part blog series, we discussed challenges faced in delivering large-scale projects, drawing insights from our 2022 Capital Projects & Infrastructure survey. Here we explained the need for a different approach to project controls. Part 2 of the series explored the technology-powered component of our solution, while Part 3 looked at our human-led approach and the benefits of an onsite/offsite resource model.

In this fourth part of our series we explore the benefits of collaborating with our trusted alliances to enhance capabilities within our project controls managed services.

The pace of change within project controls and project delivery is rapid and managing giga projects can be immensely complex. No single organisation possesses all the expertise and solutions to meet these challenges. Therefore, we believe that an ideal capital project control and performance management approach requires an ecosystem of partners and alliances that provides the best possible chance of success.

At PwC Middle East, we have established strategic alliances with some of the world's leading technology and data companies to drive innovation and power our project controls managed services. Leveraging our expertise in project controls with cutting-edge technology, we deliver right-fit digital solutions that meet our client requirements, ultimately maximising outcomes.

As part of the panel discussion, our alliance partners, Dev Amratia, CEO and Co-Founder of nPlan, and Sherief Elabd, Director of Industry and Innovation Strategy at Oracle have discussed the latest advancements in data and technology, highlighting their potential to significantly enhance capital project delivery and project controls. The panel also addressed the persistent gap in transformation and productivity within the capital project delivery sector, despite the regional opportunities created by Vision 2030.
