As part of a collaborative initiative with PwC, Alliance Hyperscalers, and leading technical universities, the programme enables participants to attain industry-recognized consulting and technical certifications. From AWS and Azure to Google, SAP, and Oracle engagements, we equip talented students with the expertise needed to excel in a technology-driven job market and accelerate their professional growth.
The programme also offers a pathway to potential hiring, giving top-performing participants the chance to join our global community of solvers and kickstart their careers with ETIC
The programme will start on January 27th, 2025 and you will get access to our learning portal till Summer 2025.
Guidance, mentorship and flexible checkpoints will be offered by the ETIC team.
The programme is designed to be self-paced and accommodating to university schedules giving you full control of your learning journey.
“Jump Start Your Career” is free of charge and will be offered to committed, passionate calibers who are willing to go the extra mile to accelerate their career.
We are looking for Senior Students with Solid Programming Skills (Java, Javascript, C++, Python)
Upon successful completion, you will be able to certify in either of the following certificates:
SAP Technical Integration (CPI)
SAP Certified Development Associate - ABAP
We are looking for Senior Students studying Accounting, Logistics or Computer Sciences.
Upon successful completion, you will be able to certify in Oracle Fundamentals Certificate and one of the following options:
OIC “Technical”
Finance “AP”
Supply Chain
HCM
Netsuite
EPM
We are looking for Senior Students studying Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering, with fair knowledge of SQL, Python, data warehousing and modeling concepts.
Upon successful completion, you will be able to certify in the following Certifications:
Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals and,
Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Associate
We are looking for Senior Students studying Computer Sciences or Computer Engineering, with Good Cloud Computing knowledge.
Upon successful completion, you will be able to certify in one of the following certifications:
Microsoft AZ 104
AWS Certified Sysops Administrator - Associate
GCP - Associate Cloud Engineer
Also, you will get access to the DevOps curriculum delivered by our ETIC Mentors.

Step into your career with confidence through our Graduate Programme. Tailored for recent graduates,The Graduate Program at ETIC provides a structured 1-year training & Hands-on Project Experience, focusing on practical experience and skill development in their chosen technology fields. Key elements include:
Technical Skill Development & Certifications: Graduates enhance technical skills through PwC's L&D platforms and pursue relevant industry certifications.
Learning & Development Paths: Defined L&D paths for each practice area, with core and optional curricula.
General Tower and Foundational Training: Graduates undergo general training, followed by foundational training in their first practice area.
Guidance and Mentorship: Dedicated buddies provide guidance and mentorship within each practice.
Optional Learning: Graduates can explore optional learning if core training is completed and project support is not required.
Hands-on Project Experience: Graduates assist with internal/external projects, including active support, shadowing, and asset development.
Program Completion: Graduates present their learnings at program’s end, receiving a completion certificate and potential hiring consideration based on performance.
This approach ensures graduates gain practical experience, develop critical skills, and receive guidance to succeed in technology fields.
