Fatma Ghobash is a dynamic professional who embarked on her journey with PwC in 2015 through the graduate program, venturing into the diverse landscape of the Deals line of service. Her career took a versatile turn as she navigated through various business units including valuations, forensics, and strategy.
In a pivotal move in 2020, Fatma was handpicked to join the UAE 2071 National Team at the Prime Minister's Office. Alongside 19 other individuals from both private and public sectors, she contributed her expertise to shape the long-term strategy of the UAE government. Her focus spanned crucial areas such as the digital economy, tourism, manufacturing, public safety, and security.
Fatma transitioned into the Government and Public Sector consulting practice, where she actively engages in strategy development and review, organization design and transformation, target operating models, and stakeholder engagement. Her commitment to driving positive change extends beyond her professional role.
Notably, Fatma takes the helm as the Chair of the Youth Council. This platform empowers Emirati employees to actively participate in discussions and decisions related to youth-specific initiatives. The council, comprising nine members from PwC's talented youth across different lines of services, plays a vital role in supporting the UAE's national agenda and fostering the development of youth criteria.
