Growth-Teaming is a process to develop better habits so teams can have a more meaningful experience at work. In FY21, the aim was to have teams continue adopting the process and upskill more middle-management leaders, which allowed for the process to be more sustainable in creating the right work experience. Besides upskilling, we enhanced current guidance materials on the Growth-Teaming portal and created a 45-minute e-learn on ‘Team Habits tool’ so our people can implement the process independently.

Previously known as ‘Turun Padang’, these check-in sessions allowed our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to be more connected to the wellbeing pulse on ground and hear thoughts and feedback directly from our people.
Our Assurance HRBPs connected with client engagement teams to:
Recognise their hard work and check in with our people
Remind our people to be aware of their mental wellbeing and encourage them to call the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) if they are going through challenging times
Encourage teams to do timely performance reviews and recognition ahead of the close of the performance year end.
The Tax HRBPs checked in with the teams via casual yet meaningful virtual sessions to:
Touch base on how they are coping with working from home
Discuss the top 3 challenges faced by the respective Business Units based on the results of a survey, then lead the discussion to suggest possible solutions to those challenges.
