The PwC Professional is our global leadership development framework and is aimed at supporting the development and career progression of our people. It outlines the capabilities needed to thrive as purpose-led and values-driven leaders at every level.

The My Growth Journey (MGJ) framework is designed to facilitate career development, outlining the path to becoming a PwC Professional through continuous learning, development and progression throughout the year.

The MGJ framework is supported by the six elements below:
