Alastair Irvine

Alastair Irvine is a Partner in Transaction Services, Deals, in the Montréal office. He is a trusted advisor to clients on all aspects of the transaction process from both buy-side and sell-side perspectives, including preparation and review of buy-side due diligence reports, sell-side reports and carve-out financials.
Alastair is an expert in national and cross-border transactions for both private equity and corporate clients. He has led transactions in Canada, USA, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Turkey and South Africa among other countries. He is experienced in many sectors, notably manufacturing, aerospace, technology, construction, entertainment & media and financial services.
Alastair has been with PwC since 2002, and has been part of Transaction Services since 2005. He graduated from Durham University in Politics. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. Before joining the Montréal office in 2012, Alastair held positions at PwC UK in Newcastle and PwC Paris. He is fluent in both English and French.
