Alexandre Prokhoroff is a Director in PwC Montreal office. He has 14 years of experience in financial advisory and structuring financing in corporate and project finance environments. He has participated in various phases of more than 50 large-scale infrastructure projects in Canada, United States, and internationally. His sector experience includes transport, energy, mining and social infrastructure. Alexandre’s activities include project financing structuring, commercial negotiations, financial due diligence, capital markets advisory, and financial risk analysis.

Alexandre acquired his financing structuring experience with the origination team of an international investment bank, one of the global leaders in infrastructure project financing. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge (UK), where he was Judge Business School Director’s Scholar, and St. Catharine’s College Benavitch Scholar. In addition to the financial specialization of his degree, he completed a master’s thesis discussing financing approaches in the context of large-scale infrastructure projects. He also completed undergraduate and post-graduate studies at Laval University’s Faculty of Administration, University of Aix-Marseille III’s Law Faculty, and European Humanities University.
