Andy Paton is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Transfer Pricing practice. Andy has over 15 years of transfer pricing experience with PwC, including spending part of his career with PwC UK. He has significant experience in helping his clients develop practical and robust transfer pricing policies that are based on his clients’ implementation capabilities and the global transfer pricing landscape.
Andy specializes in providing transfer pricing consultancy services in the financial services sector with a focus on banking, traditional and alternative investment management, and real estate. Andy also specializes in transfer pricing issues related to intercompany financing. Andy is a regular presenter on the subject of intercompany financing, including teaching transfer pricing courses for the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation and the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.
Andy was awarded an MSc in International Macroeconomics and Finance (with distinction) from the University of Strathclyde in the UK.
