Baya is the Consulting Quebec Leader and Workforce of the Future partner at PwC Canada’s Montreal office. She specializes in organizational transformation. Baya has over 20 years of experience in organizational designs and implementations that require large-scale transformation roadmaps. Baya leads the organizational design practice at the nation level and provides agile organizational design services globally.
Her projects cover strategy review, current state analysis, target operating model design, and organizational structure design and implementation. Baya oversees interventions in the following areas of expertise: organizational design, change management, partnerships and governance structures and culture.
Baya holds a master’s degree in management from HEC Montreal, and is Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe) certified.
