Braiden Goodchild is the broker of record for the firm in Ontario. Specializing in transactions, both equity and debt, Braiden assists a wide range of clients including pension funds, high net worth investors, corporate real estate entities (both public and private), and real estate private equity players, achieve their real estate goals by providing tailored solutions unique to each client’s respective situation.
Braiden has experience in virtually every asset class including core (multi-residential, office, retail, industrial) and alternative sectors (hospitality, senior’s housing, student housing, etc.). Typical mandates would include acquisitions/divestitures of income producing and developmental real estate, capital raises (equity and debt), and real estate advisory assignments (highest and best use studies, development pro-formas, real estate investing strategies, etc.).
Prior to his M&A role with PwC, Braiden worked within the Bank of Montreal’s real estate investment banking group evaluating and underwriting a broad cross-section of portfolios, single assets, and real estate companies. With further experience in cost consulting (Altus Group) and municipal planning (Town of Whitby), Braiden brings a unique perspective to transactions and projects and delivers measurable value to his clients.
