Chris Moore is a Partner in the Ottawa office of PwC Canada. He leads the Public Safety and Justice practice where he works collaboratively with agencies responsible for law enforcement, borders, corrections, intelligence, defense and security to improve the safety and security of Canadians at home and abroad.
His experience spans all aspects of the public sector, with a particular focus on strategic planning, business transformation, resource management, complex projects, major capital procurement, the international security environment, and the broader corporate environment of defense and the federal government as a whole. Chris brings exceptional skill in strategic and operational-level planning, business process optimization, strategic governance, resource management, large-program management, and workforce management and wellbeing. He has a strong track record of success in delivering on program requirements.
Prior to his career as a management consultant, Chris completed 25 years of distinguished service in the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).
