Dave is the lead Partner for our Risk Modelling and Actuarial Services practice in Canada.
Dave has 20 years of actuarial, finance, risk and strategy experience including work in pricing, valuation, financial reporting, finance transformation, business optimization, risk management, and strategy and capital management.
During his time at PwC, Dave has been the lead engagement partner for several Risk Modelling and Actuarial engagements including IFRS17 implementations, managed service agreements, climate risk analysis, captive feasibility studies, pricing and predictive analytics, capital modelling, regulatory filing services, and much more for the insurance and non-insurance sectors.
Before joining PwC, Dave was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Head of Strategy for Retirement Services globally at Manulife, which included oversight for over $400 Billion ($CAD) in assets under management and administration.
He sits on the global actuarial leadership committee for PwC, and in his prior experiences he has built out global organizations while enhancing cross functional and cross regional relationships.
