Ernesto is a partner in the Corporate Tax Services practice at PwC Canada based in the Toronto office. He has extensive experience advising high growth, dynamic Canadian based businesses ranging from early stage start-ups to multinational publicly listed corporations.
Ernesto has led global tax teams through complex engagements, and has advised clients in the life sciences and technology sectors with practical and meaningful advice on various issues relevant to their businesses, including buy and sell side M&A issues, intellectual property management, cash repatriation planning, planning to optimize effective tax rates, and maximization of tax credits and other government incentives.
Ernesto has a Bachelor of Administrative Studies degree from York University. Ernesto obtained his Canadian Chartered Accountancy designation in 2004.
