Jason Boggs is a Banking and Capital Markets, Lead Relationship Partner for PwC Canada based in Toronto.
Jason has over 25 years of experience assisting financial institutions throughout Asia, Europe and North America. Prior to joining PwC Canada, he worked at PwC UK and PwC Australia, as well as an investment bank in the UK.
Jason advises clients on capital markets, financial risk management, transactions and responding to regulatory and business model changes.
Jason holds a Masters in Applied Finance from Macquarie University (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University (Canada). He also holds the professional designation of Chartered Accountant (ACA) and is a member of the Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
