Jennifer leads PwC Canada’s HR of the Future consulting practice. She began her career with PwC in 2009 and was admitted to the partnership in 2020.
Over the past 15 years, Jennifer has helped public and private companies design their workforce and people function of the future. She is passionate about connecting people strategies to business priorities and driving long term benefits from people programs.
Among her team and clients, Jennifer is known for her attention to the people side of transformation and her ability to stay focused on sustained outcomes. She has extensive experience across a range of HR technologies, leveraging this experience to design a collaborative and data driven approach when working with Executives to solve complex workforce challenges.
In addition to her responsibilities with PwC, Jennifer volunteers within her community, with a focus on affordable housing and early childhood education. She is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a bachelor’s degree in business administration (2005).
