John Samkoe is a Corporate and Business Strategy Partner at PwC Canada with over 25 years of industry and advisory experience across asset-intensive industries including utilities, energy and mining. John specializes in helping clients navigate uncertainty and disruption, by developing and delivering growth, integration and transformation strategies that build new capability and drive sustained business outcomes.
Most of John’s recent work has been deeply rooted in the energy transition, helping his clients understand implications and how to create value in a very different future. He has extensive experience working with utilities, energy and mining companies across North America at all levels, from C-suite to operations, and brings a pragmatic outcome-focused approach to his work.
John is a former energy industry executive,with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Alberta as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering.
