Joseph Lindsey is a manager in the Deals practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He is part of the Dispute Analysis and Valuations group.
Joseph specializes in economic and valuation-related research, including comparable company analysis, mergers and acquisition transactions, WACC rates, royalty rates for intellectual property, and industry outlooks.
He graduated from the University of Toronto, ON with a BA (History) degree and he continued his education at York University, ON where he earned a Masters degree. He has been a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder since 2005, and has lectured at the Schulich School of Business at York University, ON on the subjects of “The Cost of Capital” and “Marketability Discounts”.
Joseph currently serves as Group Commissioner of the 85th Old Mill Scout Group with Scouts Canada.
