Kate is PwC Canada's Health Lead for the Digital Operations Consulting practice, working in the Toronto office.
With over 15 years of experience, Kate is an experienced health system design and delivery specialist having worked with health payers and providers across Canada, the US and the UK. She brings a diverse portfolio of experience in successfully developing and delivering a wide range of initiatives addressing complex challenges and opportunities across the health sector. This includes complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives focused on operational excellence, workforce optimization, service design and delivery, and process improvement across mental health and addictions, home and community care, hospitals, and regional, provincial and federal health bodies.
Kate holds a PhD in Engineering Design from the University of Cambridge, specializing in Health Service Design, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Oxford University, and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Dalhousie University. She is also a Lean and Agile practitioner.
