Kathy Parker is a Partner and leads our Workforce of the Future Consulting Practice nationally. She also serves as the global leader for our Workforce Transformation services.
For more than 26 years, Kathy has been helping her clients across a range of industries to solve their most complex people challenges in order to build more adaptive and resilient workforces and drive sustainable business outcomes. Kathy specializes in building and implementing people-related strategies that support her clients’ successful transformations. She leverages her experience and expertise in helping clients identify, assess and build needed new skills; in defining talent strategies to create a diverse, inclusive, engaged and productive workforce; in identifying and understanding organizational culture; in redefining how work is structured and organized; and in helping leaders adapt to confidently and successfully manage change and drive transformation.
In keeping with our PwC values, Kathy thrives on building effective teams, mentoring talent and working with other leaders to grow our business.
She also enjoys sharing her time to support a range of community organizations from Big Brothers and Big Sisters to the MS Society of Canada to the United Way.
Kathy has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Manitoba, and was the Governor General Gold Medalist for highest standing in a Master’s program.
