Kim Wood

Kim Wood is an international tax services partner based in Calgary, Alberta. Kim has a practical approach to complex tax matters, focusing on developing comprehensive tax solutions for her clients.
Kim has over 20 years of tax experience in both industry and accounting firm roles. Prior to joining PwC as a partner in 2019, she spent 9 years at Husky Energy in leadership roles in taxation, financial reporting and corporate strategy and planning. She articled at PwC in Toronto where she assisted multinational clients in the mining industry prior to transferring to PwC Calgary in 2008.
Kim is a CPA, CA and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Masters of Accounting. She currently serves as a Board of Directors for the Canadian Petroleum Tax Society and is a frequent presenter on international tax matters.
