In his capacity as the National Tax Delivery Model Leader, Lav champions a human-led, tech-powered approach, steering the strategy and execution of PwC Canada's national tax business delivery model. His leadership ensures the delivery of innovative solutions through people, alternative delivery mechanisms, and technology.
As a functional expert in Transfer Pricing, Lav works collaboratively with a team of trusted advisors to address complex Transfer Pricing challenges for clients. He also serves as a lead relationship partner, leveraging the full spectrum of PwC's services to build trust and deliver sustained outcomes for clients.
Lav's global experience is extensive, having worked with PwC network firms in India, Canada, and the Middle East for over 25 years. This global exposure has enriched his leadership abilities, allowing him to navigate diverse cultural and business environments and tackle client issues and challenges with a distinct lens.
Lav’s previous roles include leading the People function for our National Transfer Pricing practice with focus on talent acquisition, retention, and performance management. He was also part of PwC Canada’s BC leadership team where he focused on the Partner and market engagement strategy.
