Marianne is a partner in the international tax practice at PwC Canada based in the GTA. 

Marianne specializes in Canadian international tax matters relating to both Canadian multinational corporations and Canadian subsidiaries of non-Canadian multinational corporations. Marianne advises both public and private clients on matters relating to international restructuring, financing and global expansion and also oversees the related compliance. Marianne works with our Private Client Services practice to provide international consulting to this market.

Marianne manages large surplus engagements and is involved in leading technology initiatives around surplus improvement.

Marianne is the 2015 winner of the Douglas Jn. Sherbaniuk Distinguished Writing Award presented by the Canadian Tax Foundation (with Ken Buttenham and Ian Bradley)  and teaches advanced foreign affiliate issues as part of the University of Waterloo's Masters of Taxation program.

Marianne is a CPA-CA and graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Masters of Accounting.
