As one of PwC Canada’s Finance Transformation Leads, Marino brings over 20 years of business transformation and performance management experience, especially in the areas of functional operating models, enterprise performance management, finance shared services & outsourcing, and finance process optimization.
He has implemented ERP’s, RPA solutions and Analytics tools and has first hand knowledge of the needed considerations of how something should be implemented as well as why it should, including the increasingly important impact of change on people - frequently the most important and scarce of resources.
By using a variety of service delivery and integrated design concepts – bringing together people, process, technology and user experience assessment and design techniques – Marino has helped a variety of public and private sector clients (i.e. utilities, mining, energy, manufacturing, telecommunications, retail, financial services, consumer goods) to implement more customer oriented approaches to delivering finance services.
