Martin O. Boiteau is the managing partner for the Québec City office of PwC Canada. He also leads the Québec City Tax group and is a member of the Quebec leadership group. He is responsible for the development of the firm, manages its relationships with its major clients and leads PwC’s growth strategy for the greater Québec City market.
Martin has more than 20 years of experience with a specialty in tax. He has broad expertise in US and international tax, and cross-border financing structures, with a focus on public and large private corporate groups in the technology and manufacturing industries.
Martin joined PwC in 1999 after having worked three years for a Québec City law firm and two years at another professional services firm.
Martin completed his legal training at Laval University in Québec City and has been a member of the Québec Bar Association since 1994. He also obtained a Master’s degree in Tax at Sherbrooke University and studied US Tax at the University of Illinois.
