I am PwC Canada's Delivery Model Leader for Consulting and sit on our Consulting Leadership Group. I am responsible for optimizing the way we deliver work within consulting. I am also a partner in PwC's HR Transformation Practice, which I founded in 2017. I also sit on our global HR Transformation & Technology Leadership Team. I bring over 20 years of experience in helping clients transform the effectiveness and efficiency of their HR functions. I have helped align HR functions to business strategy, have facilitated the effective transition to cloud-based technologies and enhanced delivery models and have maintained a consistent focus on end-user experience both as a consultant and as a service delivery provider. I am very proud to deliver human-led, tech-enabled, change for our clients in an integrated offering. I have lived and worked in the UK, Canada, US, and Europe as a leader in every area of HR consulting and outsourcing as both a business leader and as a client advisor.
