As the leader of PwC Canada’s National Canadian Contracts & Closing Mechanisms (CCM) practice, Nadine brings extensive experience in M&A. She offers practical, tailored and commercial advice on the financial and pricing aspects of sale and purchase agreements as well as any post-closing price resolutions. She collaborates closely with PwC Deals teams helping her clients protect and maximize deal value throughout the M&A process.

With a background in working with both private equity and corporate clients, Nadine has handled complex multi-jurisdictional acquisitions and disposals across a wide range of industries. Her experience spans deals in Canada, the US and Europe. 

Nadine spent 4 years in London, England working with the PwC Deals team and prior to joining CCM, she was a part of the PwC financial due diligence team where she worked on buy-side, sell-side and vendor assist mandates.

Nadine is a Canadian Chartered Professional Accountant (Chartered Accountant) and has a Bachelor of Business Administration (with honours) from the Schulich School of Business.
