Neil Manji is PwC Canada’s Markets Leader of Public Company Audits and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team.
Neil previously held the role of National Markets Leader for the energy, utilities, mining and industrial manufacturing & automotive (EUMI) practice.
With over 22 years of experience as a trusted advisor to large and medium sized multinational businesses, he brings the best of PwC by helping executives and boards solve important problems.
Located in the Greater Toronto Area, Neil specializes in the industrial products sector, (including manufacturing, automotive, engineering & construction) working with private and public companies. He has experience with initial public offerings (IPOs), debt offerings, and acquisitions & divestitures for public and private organizations. Neil has experience with IFRS and SEC reporting including SOX requirements. Adding to his practice experience, Neil has worked in the UK, Switzerland and functioned as the CFO of a Canadian company in the past.
Neil graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a BA degree in administrative and commercial studies. He also received a diploma in accounting from Wilfred Laurier University, and made the Uniform Evaluation (UFE) National Honour Roll. He has his Canadian CPA,CA designation.
