Ravinder is a Partner within our Transformation Risk and Advisory Practice. She has led the development of PwC’s Global Transformation Managed Services capability. She is experienced in developing, selling and delivering managed services directly to clients. She has coached PwC and their Client teams to develop a services mindset and how to structure ‘services’, when an ‘in house' capability is no longer required.
Ravinder has extensive experience in leading and coaching teams across major transformations. She has led multiple risk advisory engagements focused on identifying emerging risks and their mitigations. Ravinder has worked closely with the C-suite and steering committees to understand the key risks and decisions required.
She has supported a number of clients in setting up PMO and ePMO’s services. Setting and running both services require a good understanding of controls, the data requirements needed for the most strategic transformations and an organization's appetite to make difficult decisions.
