Ronnie De Zen

Ronnie De Zen is the BC Region Tax Leader at PwC Canada. He specializes in mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on the tax structuring foreign investment into Canada and the structuring of Canadian acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations. He also services publicly traded income, royalty and real estate investment trusts. In Ronnie’s 22 years with PwC, he has provided insightful tax advice to a range of foreign and Canadian resident clients in the real estate, construction and infrastructure industries.
Ronnie graduated from Simon Fraser University in 1996 with a BBA (Honours) in Finance and Economics, earning his CA designation in 2000. He has taught taxation courses for both the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (formerly the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants) and Simon Fraser University and has presented for the Continuing Legal Education Society of British Columbia. He is currently a lecturer for the Chartered Professional Accountants Corporate Reorganization Tax Course.
