Sabrina Fitzgerald
National Tax Leader, PwC Canada
Sabrina Fitzgerald is PwC Canada’s National Tax Leader and a member of the firm’s Extended Leadership Team. In this role, Sabrina and her team navigate the seismic shift in tax policy, helping clients with planning, structuring and the increasingly complex compliance needs. As tax and technology work hand in hand, Sabrina is also heavily focused on streamlining and reducing the complexity in data needed to be compliant.
Prior to her current role, Sabrina was the National Leader for the Private Clients team.
Sabrina has spent 25 years understanding the business issues for owners and leaders of companies and helping them solve their most pressing issues—from digital transformation and growth strategies to succession and tax planning. As a family enterprise advisor (FEA), Sabrina has also helped businesses with their continuity planning, including assisting family businesses in wealth transfer.
Prior to her role as National Private leader, Sabrina was the Technology Sector Leader as well as the Managing Partner responsible for Ottawa and the National Capital Region markets and offices.
Sabrina is an avid speaker on diverse topics around structuring, strategy, growth, and disruption. She is also a champion of PwC’s Women in Leadership program and has authored several articles in PwC’s Wealth and Tax Matters and Canadian Tax Foundation publications. Sabrina also co-chairs PwC Canada’s Disability Awareness and Wellbeing Network
As an active member of the community, Sabrina is the current chair of the board of directors for YPO-Ottawa and participates in the future of tax committee for the Canadian Tax Foundation. She is a former board member for Tree Canada, the Centre of Family Business and former chair of the Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce.
Sabrina has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University. She is a designated CPA, CA, and FEA.
