Sathees is a tax Partner at PwC Toronto’s High Net Worth group and has over 15 years of Canadian income tax experience. Sathees exclusively helps High Net Worth families, and business owners to create tax efficient plans to navigate through and comply with complex Canadian and international income tax rules. Sathees assists clients with Canadian income tax compliance for their investment structures (Canadian and foreign corporations, trusts, and partnerships), and manages CRA and provincial income tax audits. Sathees regularly helps High Net Worth families to develop tax effective plans for the sale and purchase of businesses, annual distributions to family members, financing new investments, and immigration to and emigration from Canada. Sathees also assists with estate planning, succession planning and wealth transfer from one generation to the next generation, gift planning, and post mortem planning. Sathees reviews Wills and develops strategies to minimize income and probate taxes on death.
Sathees has a passion to give back to the community. He volunteers as a Board of Director at Family Day Care Services – a large GTA based family-centred child care organization. Family Day Care Services is a strong leader with innovation in early learning, child care and family support services, with a vision of helping all children regardless of their family financial background to achieve their potential in our society.
