Sean Fleming

Sean is a Senior Vice President in the Consulting and Deals practice of PwC Edmonton. He is also a member of the Corporate Advisory and Restructuring team working in the Edmonton office.
Sean has more than a decade of experience advising local and national stakeholders of financially troubled companies. He helps clients preserve value and restructure successfully by advising on business plans and options, assisting with cash flow forecasts, and developing and implementing restructuring plans. Sean has led informal restructurings as well as formal proceedings under Canadian insolvency and restructuring legislation.
Since joining PwC in 2001, Sean has led and helped with numerous restructuring advisory and sale mandates throughout Canada. His clients have included traditional lenders, equipment financiers and asset-based lenders and private and public companies. Sean has worked in a wide range of industries including construction, manufacturing, retail, agriculture, automotive and energy.
Sean is a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner and a Licensed Insolvency Trustee.
