Shivalika is the National Technology Leader for PwC Canada, where she oversees PwC’s audit, tax, consulting and deals offerings in the Technology Sector. As a Deals Partner, Shivalika advises her clients on all aspects of deal making, from M&A strategy to investment banking, diligence and integration in the Canadian technology sector. As an investment banking professional, Shivalika’s primary role is to advise Canadian technology companies on capital raise and M&A transactions.
With over 15 years experience in research, M&A, public markets and capital raising, Shivalika brings deep expertise in the technology sector, advising clients through their entire lifecycle from early stage capital raising to growth and majority equity funding to M&A exit strategies. Shivalika also advises technology clients on acquisition-driven growth strategies, leveraging PwC’s extensive global network to execute on highly synergistic acquisition opportunities.
With expertise in enterprise software, hardware, fintech, HCIT, marketplaces, automation and machine learning, and technology managed services, Shivalika has a breadth of trusted relationships with both financial sponsors and global strategic buyers of Canadian technology companies. Shivalika holds an MBA from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University, an MSc from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science from Queen’s University.
