Soula is an experienced executive and seasoned consultant with 25+ years of experience from across Canada’s Fortune 100 private and public sector companies across banking, insurance, technology, telecom and healthcare. Including 15+ years of professional services experience working with CEOs and C-suite leaders to navigate complex transformations and manage the human dynamics of major change driven by technology, M&A, and operational improvements.
Soula’s blend of corporate and professional services experience has enabled her to advise HR and business senior leaders on the value of driving a purpose-led, compelling and strategically aligned people-agenda that addresses the conditions for success in our evolving paradigm of work. Soula has led transformational programs that have reached over 80,000 employees and several countries driven by enterprise/HR/functional technology platforms and organization redesigns to achieve growth and operational efficiency; digital transformations to launch new products; post-M&A org/culture integration across Canada and Europe; and co-creation/launch of an upskilling program through an unprecedented collaboration between a telco and its union.
