Stéphanie Leblanc is partner within the PwC Consulting and deals Group. She acts as financial advisor to boards of directors and organization upper management members, and assists them in the development and implementation of their financial strategies to ensure the success of their business plans. Thus, she assists companies to finalize liability and equity financing in the normal course of their business, and also within expansion, acquisition or sale projects.
Stéphanie started at PwC within the Corporate restructuring and insolvency Group, where she served from 1996 to 2007. She has a broad expertise in assisting organizations in special situations requiring immediate intervention in terms of cash management, financial analysis, financial modeling, restructuring and litigation.
Stéphanie manages PwC Montreal's ProfessionnELLES group, an initiative to promote the talent of the feminine personnel.
She is an executive committee member of the Montréal's International Women's Forum and a member of the Association of Québec Women in Finance since its beginning.
She is currently a board member of L’Institut des troubles d’apprentissage. She was a board member and part of the finance committee of the Women’s Y (2011 to 2014) and President of the Board of CPE Mont-Royal (2010 to 2014).
She is also cofounder of Premières en Affaires, a francophone and independent business publication with the mission of valorizing successful business women. She was coeditor from 2007 to 2010.
