Stephen Atherton is a Lead Relationship Partner within PwC Canada’s Federal Government practice and leads our Government Enterprise Operations Sector in the Government and Public Sector industry. He is also PwC Canada’s National Capital Consulting Leader.
He has over 25 years of consulting experience in providing management consulting services at all levels of government. He has extensive experience in federal government financial, procurement, process redesign and implementation planning. He has led large-scale back-office transformations, as well as scoping and costing for business-led transformation programs.
Stephen builds trusting relationships with his clients and teams to support large-scale transformation and to support government clients in achieving their mandates.
Stephen has a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant.
