Sofia was most recently Global Chief People Officer at LoyaltyOne, overseeing the organization’s leading human resources, workplace services and corporate sustainability initiatives in over 20 countries.
Sofia was also accountable for driving LoyaltyOne’s unique culture through its repeated award-winning people, workplace design and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Prior to joining LoyaltyOne in 2008, Sofia was Vice President, Corporate HR Programs, with Canadian Tire Corporation, where she helped map out a comprehensive talent strategy in concert with the retailer’s overall vision.
