Status of file as at September 30, 2019 

On September 26, 2019, Acier Orford Inc. has lodged with us a reamended proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. This reamended proposal replaces the original proposal filed on August 6, 2019, which was amended on August 27, 2019 at the creditors’ meeting.

The Trustee has prepared a Modified Report of the Trustee on the financial situation of the Debtor and on the Reamended Proposal, dated September 27, 2019. The purpose of this modified report is to update the information provided to creditors in the Report of the Trustee on the financial situation of the Debtor and on the [original] Proposal dated August 16, 2019.

On September 30, 2019, the reamended proposal was approved by the Court. The approval order is available in the section Other documents (available in french only).

Status of file as at September 17, 2019 

The Court hearing of the Application for the approval of the Amended proposal has been postponed to a later date, to be determined by the Court. More details will be provided when the date is known.

Status of file as at September 9, 2019

• the proposal amended during the creditors' meeting held on August 27, 2019; 
• the minutes of the creditors' meeting held on August 27, 2019; 
• the report of the trustee on the amended proposal, dated September 6, 2019.

Status of file as at September 3, 2019 

Take notice that an application will be made to the Court, on the 16th day of September 2019, at 9:00 a.m., on room 2 of the Sherbrooke courthouse, located at 375 King Street West, Sherbrooke, Quebec J1H 6B9, to approve the amended proposal of Acier Orford Inc., accepted by the creditors at a meeting held on the 27th day of August 2019.

Take notice that Acier Orford Inc. of the city of Sherbrooke in the Province of Quebec has lodged with us a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on August 6, 2019.

A general meeting of the creditors will be held at the Delta Hotel located at 2685 King Street West, Sherbrooke, Quebec, J1L 1C1, on the 27^th day of August 2019 at the hour of 10:00 a.m.
