Sales Process

The Receiver has completed a sales process (the "Sales Process") to solicit interest from potential investors and purchasers in acquiring all or substantially all of the Property of the Company. The Receiver is seeking an order of the Court on June 9, 2022 to approve a transaction with the Selected Bidder. Further information is contained in the Receiver's Second Report.
