Registration to the Creditors Meeting

Please note that only creditors may attend the meeting. To register to the creditors meeting, you may register electronically or send a PDF registration form to the Monitor by email.
Please note that to attend this meeting, your form must be submitted to the Monitor no later than 5:00 p.m. (Montreal time) on June 9, 2021.
Once your registration form is received by the Monitor, you will be emailed a login link on or before June 10, 2021. If you have not received your login link on such date, please contact the Monitor using the contact information below.
