PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., in its capacity as Court-Appointed Receiver of Foxtrot Winery ULC and Foxtrot Farms ULC (“Foxtrot”) is seeking offers for the assets, undertakings and property of Foxtrot. A copy of the Sales and Investment Solicitation Process is included in the “Marketing and Sales Process Information” tab above. All future publicly available information related to the Sales Process will be included in this area. The first meeting of creditors (“FMOC”) in the Foxtrot Winery ULC bankruptcy proceedings was held on Thursday August 29th, 2024 at 1pm. At the meeting the creditors affirmed the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Trustee of Foxtrot Winery ULC in bankruptcy. The Trustee shared and discussed the Trustee’s Preliminary Report to Creditors with attendees. The creditors elected 2 inspectors.
Earlier this week on August 12, the Receiver assigned Foxtrot Winery ULC into bankruptcy. A creditor mailing was released to all stakeholders on August 14 via email, fax or Canada Post. A new tab on the home page titled Bankruptcy Documents will house all bankruptcy related documents, and will be posted in due course.
On July 12, 2024, the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the "Court") granted an Order (the “Receivership Order”) appointing PwC as Receiver of the assets, undertakings and property of Foxtrot Farms ULC and Foxtrot Winery ULC. A copy of the Receivership Order can be found under the "Court Orders" tab above.
