Status of File as of April 26, 2024
On April 3, 2024, the Court issued the Approval and Reverse Vesting Order, which, among other things, declared that 1000843823 Ontario Inc., (the “ResidualCo”) should be added as an Applicant to the CCAA proceedings and authorized the Monitor to assign ResidualCo into bankruptcy.
On April 25, 2024, pursuant to the provisions of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) (“BIA”) and the Approval and Reverse Vesting Order, the ResidualCo was assigned into bankruptcy and PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc., LIT was appointed as licensed insolvency trustee (the “Trustee”) of the bankrupt estate of ResidualCo by the official receiver, subject to affirmation by the creditors of the Trustee's appointment or substitution of another trustee by the creditors.
The First Meeting of Creditors will be held virtually at the following date and time using Google Meet:

On April 26, 2024 the Notice of Bankruptcy and the First Meeting of Creditors was issued to all known creditors of ResidualCo in accordance with the provisions of the BIA.
