The assets of Helical Pier Systems Inc. ("HPS Inc."), used in its US-operations are currently in the possession of RTR Services Inc. ("RTR") in Katy, Texas.
On March 4, 2020, RTR issued an "Invitation for Offers to Purchase" in relation to this equipment being sold on an "as-is/where is" basis.
RTR INVITATION FOR OFFERS
Interested parties should contact RTR directly at 800-238-3294 to set up an inspection or for additional information on the listed assets.
Offers must be submitted to RTR no later than Friday at 4:00 pm (PST) on March 25, 2020.
