Receiver’s Sales Process
On December 19, 2023, the Court issued the Sales Process Approval Order, among other things, approving the Sales Process of certain Property in respect of Maritime Fuels Limited (“Maritime” or the “Company”).
Maritime was a distributor of home heating oil, fuels, lubricants, and home heating equipment and maintenance services to customers in New Brunswick and mainland Nova Scotia. The Property of Maritime includes bulk plant facilities for distribution of product, as well as vehicles used in the delivery of fuel products.
Please note the separate Bid Deadlines below for the Property:
- Vehicles, Inventory, & Office Equipment - 2:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) on January 5, 2024
- Real Property - 2:00 pm Atlantic Standard Time (“AST”) on January 26, 2024
The Sales Process will be managed according to the Sales Process Approval Order, and the terms set out in the Invitations for Offers. Any amendments to the Sales Process will be posted on this website.
The Receiver will be setting up a data room for various documents related to the Property subject to the Sales Process.
