TAKE NOTICE THAT Nemaska Lithium Inc., Nemaska Lithium Shawinigan Transformation Inc., Nemaska Lithium P1P Inc., Nemaska Lithium Whabouchi Mine Inc. and Nemaska Lithium Innovation Inc. (collectively the “Companies”), of the City of Quebec, Province of Quebec, filed a petition to obtain an Initial Order under the Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act (“CCAA”). The Superior Court of Québec granted the petition and issued an Initial Order pursuant to the CCAA on December 23, 2019. The Companies are now under the protection of the CCAA and the Initial Order provides for an initial stay of all proceedings until December 30, 2019 and appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. as Monitor of the business and financial affairs of the Companies.
