Class Member, as defined in the Representation Order of Mr. Justice Yamauchi dated May 30, 2013, who do not wish to be represented by the Class Action Plaintiffs and/or to have Jensen Shawa Soloman Duguid Hawkes LLP, Siskinds LLP, Siskinds, Demeules, S.E.N.C.R.L., and Paliare Roland Rosenberg Rothstein LLP act as their representative counsel may opt out, by sending to the Monitor an executed copy of the Opt-Out Letter (attached below).
