Today the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”) released a News Release asking the public for information about Shop Your Own Mortgage/My Mortgage Auction Corp. The BCSC’s Criminal Investigations Branch is gathering information via a special on-line form dedicated to the investigation.
