Status of File as of June 22, 2020

On June 22, 2020, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List) made an order to commence proceedings under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA") in respect of The Clover on Yonge Inc. and The Clover on Yonge Limited Partnership. Decisions with respect to the status of the contracts for the Clover Project will now be made in the context of these proceedings. Further information will be posted to this page as it becomes available.
