Jakarta - The Public Works and Housing (PUPR) Ministry is offering Puncak Toll Road project in Bogor, West Java spanning 50.09 kilometres using the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme next year.
Infrastructure Financing Director General of the PUPR Ministry Herry Trisaputra Zuna said that Puncak Toll Road project has been prepared to be tendered in 2024.
According to him, Infrastructure Financing Directorate General of the PUPR Ministry will implement the PPP scheme for Puncak Toll Road and five other projects in the toll roads and bridges sector in 2024.
“There are six projects that are being prepared in the roads and bridges sector that are predicted to have an investment value of Rp49.47 trillion,” he explained at the hearing with House of Representatives (DPR) Commission V in Jakarta on Monday (10/7).
In detail, Herry explained that the six projects included Malang-Kepanjen Toll Road that has an investment value of Rp10.04 trillion and spans 29.78 kilometres.
Then, they also include Bandung Southern Ring Road spanning 46.2 km with an investment value of Rp20.24 trillion that will support connectivity in Bandung.
The next project is Kohod (Pakuhaji)-Lebakwangi (Neglasari) Toll Road that has an investment value of Rp5.45 trillion and spans 12.24 km.
There are also Pluit-Cengkareng Toll Road spanning 12 km with an investment value of Rp8.42 trillion and Sadang Extension Toll Road spanning 21.15 km with an investment value of Rp5.32 trillion.
Last but not least, there is Puncak Toll Road that is predicted to span 50.09 km with an investment value that is currently still being calculated.
Besides that, Herry also mentioned that there were two PPP projects in the roads and bridges sector that will enter the tender transaction stage next year that have a total investment value of Rp23.33 trillion.
The two projects are Tuban-Babat-Lamongan-Gresik Toll Road spanning 61.97 km with an investment value of Rp23.33 trillion and Sitinjau Lauik Elevated Road spanning 10.5 km with an investment value that is still being calculated.
