Investor Daily - Adhi Karya raih kontrak baru Rp9,4 T

Jakarta, ID – As of May 2024, PT Adhi Karya Tbk (ADHI) has secured new contracts worth Rp9.4 trillion, a significant increase from Rp6.3 trillion in April 2024.

“In May 2024, 50% of the new contract realisation was primarily contributed from building projects, followed by 35% from water resources projects, with the remainder coming from road and bridge projects, property projects, manufacturing projects, and EPC projects. In terms of funding sources, 70% came from the government, 20% from private companies, and the remainder from state-owned enterprises (SOEs) and others,” Adhi karya Corporate Secretary Rozi Sparta said in his official statement on Tuesday (11/6/2024).

In terms of business lines, he explained that the new contract realisation was dominated by 92% from the engineering and construction sector, 4% from property and hospitality, 4% from manufacturing, and the remainder from the investment and concession sectors.

“ADHI’s contract realisation in May 2024 was dominated by Nusantara Capital City (IKN) projects, encompassing the Vice President Palace, Balang Island Short-span Bridge phase II, construction worker housing phase II, as well as supporting buildings and facilities for PSSI’s dormitory,” Rozi said.

Besides construction and engineering, he said that ADHI has three other businesses, namely property and hospitality, manufacturing, and investment and concession. Therefore, ADHI’s tagline is ‘Beyond Construction’, which affirms that the company not only provides construction services but also continuously benefits the environment, society, and its business operations.

Rozi revealed that ADHI was participating in numerous national strategic projects, including the construction of the Cisumdawu toll segment and the Solo-Yogyakarta Kulonprogo toll segment that are part of the Trans-Java toll road, the Sigli-Banda Aceh toll segment that is part of the Trans-Sumatra toll road, and the Sumatra eastern highway. ADHI also participates in the infrastructure development in IKN through the construction of the construction worker housing, section 3A of the Kariangau-Karangjoang toll road, Balang Island Bridge, and Sepaku Intake.

“ADHI has also proven themselves as the champion of railways through various railway projects, such as Jabodebek LRT, Jakarta MRT phase 2A, and North-South Commuter Railways in Manila in the Philippines. ADHI is currently the pioneer for green construction as the contractor of the largest waste treatment plant in Indonesia, RDF Bantargebang. ADHI is also developing environmental management with an integrated waste treatment facility for industrial estates in Medan,” he added.
